Performance Claims

Marketing phrases such as "Boost FPS," "reduce latency," and "Safe & Reversible" describe intended design goals. Actual results vary by system, hardware condition, drivers, OS state, and network environment. No performance guarantees are provided.
Use at your own risk; you are responsible for backing up your system and data before applying optimizations.
Most optimizations are reversible within the app, but you should also maintain your own restore points and backups.

No Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NekoByte is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

User Responsibilities

Ensure you have adequate backups before applying tweaks or updates.
Review release notes and legal updates surfaced in-app before accepting changes.
Review taskbar, wallpaper, and system-optimization changes before applying them on a production machine.
Use the [email protected] email to notify us of adverse results so we can improve safeguards.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BluJay131 Holdings LLC, NekoByte, and their affiliates, licensors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or hardware arising from use of the software.
